In which countries can you shop online?

ADRIANNE ships worldwide. In the process of finalizing the purchase you will be able to see the extra amount corresponding to the shipping costs.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, exactly the same, but keep in mind that these are handcrafted products in which there could be a slight difference in finish.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From your shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

What form of payment can I find in ADRIANNE?

You can make the payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Bank Transfer.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it wherever you want. But always check that you provide us with the address correctly. If you do not complete the data correctly, ADRIANNE will not be responsible for the extra shipping cost.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not already been sent, you can contact us through our email and we will try to solve it as soon as possible,

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipments made in mainland Spain will have a delivery period of 24 to 72 working hours. In the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it could take up to 6 working days.

For Europe, the delivery time is from 3 to 7 working days.

In the rest of the world, the delivery time Delivery of orders is up to 10 working days.

In order for orders to leave our warehouse the same day, it will be necessary to make the purchase before 2:00 p.m.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

For shipments to Spain (mainland), the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal, the shipping costs will be FREE.

For shipments to the following destinations in Europe: France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany the shipping costs will be FREE.

For the rest of international shipments, the shipping costs will be calculated once you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The expenses derived from customs, tariffs and/or other similar taxes corresponding to each country will be borne by the client.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information for your package.

What do I do if I don't receive my confirmation email?

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder as sometimes it is automatically sent to that mailbox.

Can I make an express delivery?

We currently do not have an express delivery service. Our orders have a delivery period of 24 to 72 working hours in national territory, although in most cases the delivery time is the next working day.

What if I am absent during the delivery of my package?

Packages must be signed for before delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier may arrange a second delivery attempt the next business day.

Can I exchange or return an item?

To make an exchange or refund, you must follow the steps indicated in the "EXCHANGES AND RETURNS" section of our General Conditions.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The term is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

ADRIANNE only assumes the shipping costs in the following cases:
Change of product in general (only in PENINSULA).
Wrong shipments or defective products.

For the rest of returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the case of special promotions, where the shipping costs have been free, the customer must assume the transport costs of the return or exchange.

At ADRIANNE we take great care in presenting our items, so all our bags come with their corresponding dust bag and gift packaging in an ADRIANNE box, tied with a satin bow.
In accordance with our philosophy , our ADRIANNE boxes, like our bags, are made by hand in Spain with great care and love, to protect our bags in the best possible way.

We recommend that, for a better life of your bag, when you are not using it, keep it in its corresponding dust bag, and if possible, in your ADRIANNE box.
