In which countries can you shop online?

ADRIANNE ships worldwide. When concluding the purchase the shipping cost will be detailed.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, exactly the same, but it must be taken into account that they are handmade products in which there could be a minimal difference in the finish.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From your shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

What form of payment can I find at ADRIANNE?
You can make the payment by Visa card, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Bank Transfer.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is adhered to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that has issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Where I can get my order?
You can receive it wherever you want. But always check that you give us the address correctly. If you do not complete the data correctly, ADRIANNE will not bear the cost of the extra shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not already been sent, you can contact us through our email info@adriannemadeinspain.com and we will try to solve it as soon as possible,

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments made in mainland Spain will have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours. In the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it could take up to 6 working days.

For Europe, the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

In the rest of the world, the delivery time for orders is up to 10 working days.

For orders to leave our warehouse the same day, it will be necessary to make the purchase before 2:00 p.m.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

For shipments to Spain (peninsular), the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal the shipping costs will be FREE.

For shipments to the following destinations in Europe: France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany, shipping costs will be FREE.

For all other international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated once you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The expenses derived from customs, tariffs and / or other similar taxes corresponding to each country will be borne by the client.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your package tracking information.

What do I do if I don’t receive my confirmation email?

Once the purchase is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you have not received it, look in the spam folder of your email since on some occasions it is automatically sent to that mailbox.

Can I make an express delivery?
Currently we do not have an express delivery service. Our orders have a delivery period of 24 to 72 working hours in national territory, although in most cases the delivery time is the next working day.

If I am absent during the delivery of my package?
Packages must be signed before delivery. If no one is at your home at the time of delivery, the carrier may arrange a second delivery attempt on the next business day.

Can I exchange or return an item?
To make a change or return you must follow the steps indicated in the section “CHANGES AND RETURNS” of our General Conditions.

What is the deadline to make a return?
The term is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?
ADRIANNE only assumes shipping costs in the following cases:
• Change of product in general (only in PENINSULA).
• Wrong shipments or defective products.

For other returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the case of special promotions, where the shipping costs have been free, the customer must bear the transportation costs of the return or exchange.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, after verifying that it is in perfect condition, you will receive the amount in the same way that you bought it.

When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return you will receive an email informing you about this and in a few days depending on the bank you will have the money back.

How will I receive my order?
At ADRIANNE we take great care in the presentation of our articles, so all our bags come with their corresponding dust bag and gift packaging in an ADRIANNE box, tied with a satin bow.
In accordance with our philosophy, our ADRIANNE boxes, like our bags, are handmade in Spain with great care to protect our bags in the best possible way.
We recommend that, for a better life of your bag, when you do not use it, keep it in its corresponding dust bag, and if possible, in your ADRIANNE box.
